I am an Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Designer passionate about creating learning experiences that are meaningful, engaging, and built around the needs of the learner.
My professional journey began in design and project management, where I developed a strong foundation in creative problem-solving, visual communication, client collaboration, and managing complex projects from concept through implementation.
As I transitioned into instructional design, I discovered a natural connection between designing physical spaces and designing learning experiences: both require understanding people, solving problems, and creating experiences that are purposeful and intuitive.
Today, I combine instructional design principles with visual design, multimedia, technology, and emerging AI tools to transform complex information into learning experiences that are accessible, engaging, and practical.
I approach every project with curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to continuous learning—because great learning experiences don't simply deliver information; they help people understand, apply, and remember it.

Great learning design starts long before the first slide is built. My process is rooted in the ADDIE model, but I bring creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to every phase:

Map out the full learning journey objectives, content structure, assessment strategy, and delivery format before a single screen is built.
Develop
Implement
Ensure seamless deployment, whether through an LMS, live facilitation, or blended delivery with full support materials for facilitators and learners.
Evaluate
Measure what matters, using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels to assess reaction, learning, behavior change, and real business impact.
